Advisorship Program
EnterLight University is offering a unique opportunity for its most exceptional degree candidates. Individuals who possess the skills, fortitude, and principle that align with ELU's mission may be offered employment at ELU during or at the conclusion of their study.
Become an Advisor
Being a newly founded University, ELU is expected to see growth at an exponential level year-over-year. We are currently a small team in need of additional team members and student advisors.

Do you desire to be in the higher education industry, and have a love for growing along with your work?

If so, the advisorship program may be a good fit for you! ELU will hire directly from its pool of advisorship candidates to fill open positions in student-facing roles.
​
Master's level advisorship candidates have the ability to be ahead of the curve and start their courses in Summer 2023, a semester ahead of all other degree candidates.

Requirements
Advisorship candidates must meet all of the qualifications for their chosen degree program.
​
Additionally, prospective candidates must submit a resume and an additional 1500-word essay explaining why they want to become an ELU Advisor.
​
Resumé Cover Letter Is NOT Required

Selected candidates must complete at least one three-month series of sessions, given by either the Chancellor or the Vice-Chancellor. The session series must be completed prior to any employment offer start date. Session cost is not included in tuition.
​
An average GPA of 3.3 or higher must be maintained by any advisorship candidate who wishes to remain in the program.

Ever Growing Possiblities
Advisorship participants will have the privilege of having one-on-one sit-downs with both the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor throughout their study, as well as invites to events held exclusively for advisorship participants.

Acceptance into the advisorship program in no way guarantees employment with ELU Inc. Entry into the program will allow you to be considered for employment or other ELU Inc. contract positions as they become available.
